Keys "é" and "2" not working when adding comments

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème très dérangeant quand j'annote ou commente un pdf sur adobe reader. Les touches "é" et "2" ne fonctionnent pas souvent pas, m'obligeant à copier ces caractères à l'extérieur d'adobe pour les coller dans celui-ci.

Le problème ne se limite pas là, car souvent ces touches me sortent par exemple du commentaire que je rédigeai pour m'ouvrir une nouvelle anotation créée au hasard dans le document. Ou alors elles font carrément crasher le document et perdre mes annotations.

Mais parfois, elles marchent sans problème le temps d'un commentaire.

Je rencontre ce problème avec deux ordinateurs totalement différents et avec des documents différents. Est-ce un bug connu ?

Could you please share more information about the issue? Do you experience issues with the same keys?

It would be helpful to share a screen recording of what happens. 

Share the Acrobat Reader and OS version numbers. It will help us to investigate the issue.

I have exactly the same issue than described above. I have a French Windows and and azerty keyboard and when I press the key 2/é in order to write "é" in a comment, it doesn't work and open a new comment. If I press the same key when out of a comment, Adobe completely crashes. 

I noticed that when I'm writing a comment and pressing this 2/é key, it create a kind of blue tag on the text, see attached file, as if the the 2/é key what a shortcut...

It's not systematic. When Adobe cash like this, when we reopen it, it's ok for a little while before the problem reappears.

En fait, c'est lié au fait que cette touche est un raccourci clavier permettant d'insérer un commentaire pour ajouter un mot manquant par exemple.

Je ne sais pas comment supprimer ce raccourci dans les préférences. Si quelqu'un trouve...

J'ai eu le même pb avec les 'é' et '2' : j'ai désinstallé Acrobat puis l'ai réinstallé et ce pb a disparu.

Cela fonctionne pour moi aussi.

Plus précisément, juste en allant dans la liste des programmes Adobe Reader > Modifier > réparer, cela a fonctionné (voir image)
