Calculable field not working on fillable order form

Hi, I have created a fillable order form in Adobe Pro DC with a calculable field to calculate the product of 'how many' and the 'price' fields.  This is working in the preview mode but when distirbuting it to be completed the total is not working....? Any advice would be appreciated please....
