I have a critical PDF file that keep generating a fail message every time I open it. See the message below:
"Please wait... If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document. You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader for Windows®, Mac, or Linux® by visiting http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_download. For more assistance with Adobe Reader visit http://www.adobe.com/go/acrreader."
We already have the latest version of Adobe Reader, so that's not the problem. We tried downloading a new version several times without success. We restarted our computer, also with no luck. We even asked them to send the file directly to my e-mail address: I got a similar message. Not sure where to go from here.
Here's the link to the original message:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks !

I can't download the file to save on a disk. It shows up as an attachment, but no file attached, just a message saying I need a later version of reader.

Yes. Save what you see. It is the correct file.

Thanks for the replies. I was able to read it after downloading a front piece attachment (Asia) to my Reader.
