Can I edit a pdf with Adobe Export PDF if not what does Adobe Export PDF provide and do I need to change or update my plan?

Adobe Export PDF service helps you to convert PDF to other format files ( Word, Excel & RTF). To edit a PDF, you will need Adobe Acrobat DC subscription. Please refer to the informaiton provided in the following help link.
