Can not email or save PDFs -Win 7

Me and one other user in the building are having this issue. When you press email button a window opens and just sits there; it never opens my default app and opens and attaches email as it always has. 

 

Also, now when we try to use the "Save As" feature, same thing, window opens and is and remains blank. 

 

This is frustrating.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the blank window when saving the PDF and when sharing the file.

 

As we see that you are using the old version of the application. The optional update ver. 21.07.20095 (Win) is now available. Please update the application from the help menu > check for update sand reboot the computer once.

 

Also repair the installation from the help menu and reboot the machine again.

 

Please go to Edit > Preferences > Ge

Please go to Edit > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when saving file' and 'Show online storage when opening file' > Click OK and reboot the application and see if that works for you.
