Acrobat reader version 11.0.19

os win 8.1 64x

how can i solve?

Hi Stellina976,

Please try to update to the latest version of Adobe Reader DC.

Also, please try the Adobe Cleaner tool for the uninstallation and reinstallation of the application.

You may refer to the link below for the same:

Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Let me know if the issue still persists.

Thanks,

Supriya
