Acrobat Reader works fine, but I cannot connect to Document Cloud! "Check your internet connection". But my internet connection works fine on other apps. "Tap to try again". I did, several times. Y tried deleting and re installing Acrobat App, too, but it didn't work. I'm desperate!!! This is my working tool. Help! !

Good Afternoon, lulaba,

I just had the same problem with my Kindle Fire HD first generation today (5/22/2018).  After contacting Adobe Customer Support via chat, the representative could only give me an Adobe forums web address where one "can ask this question."  She had no solution.

It occurred to me that I could try using the Adobe Reader app on my smartphone to see if I could access the Document Cloud that way (for convenience, I have the same pdf documents on my phone and on my Kindle).  Lo and behold--I was able to connect with no problem, sign in, and send the new documents to the Cloud.  This is far too-roundabout a method, but for now, it seems the only solution for me.

I hope this helps.
