I just set up a new computer for myself. Lenovo ThinkCentre M920q. I have Adobe Reader DC installed. It is the default app for pdf's. I am trying to print to a Toshiba eStudio 3005C copier.
On my old computer, if I had multiple pdf's to print, I could open my printer queue, highlight all the pdf's I wanted to print, then drag and drop them into the queue.
I can still drag and drop and I get the message from Reader asking if I'm sure I want to print multiple pdf's, but they don't print.
Any help will be appreciated. Once a week I have 20 - 30 pdf's that I download at one time and have to print. It's so much faster and easier to drag and drop than to open each one a print them separately.
TIA.

Hi there,
We are sorry for the experience you had. Would you mind sharing some more information for a better understanding:
- Is the file Stored locally on your computer or is it on a shared network?
-Are you getting any error message/code? Could you please share the screenshot of the same.
- Are you able to print from any other application (MS Word or Excel)?
-What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC? To check the version of the application use the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
Also, check for any missing update and try updating the application to the latest version 19.21.20049 released on 24th Oct 2019. For more details please use the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html
Also, please try the troubleshooting steps provided in the link https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html and check for any updates for printer drivers and firmware.
Let us know if that helps.
Regards
Amal

1. It is a local file.
2. No error message or code.
3. I can print from all other applications. I can print a single document (using the print option) from Adobe Reader, I just can't drag and drop multiple files.
4. Version 2019.021.20019, no update needed.
5. I access the printer via network (workgroup) and have the latest driver.
6. Went through the troubleshooting steps. They all work if printing a single document using the print option in Reader.
7. We have several printers in the building. I have also tried the drag and drop on a Toshiba eStudios 3055c and an Okidata B431. It doesn't work on any of them, leading me to believe this is an Adobe Reader problem.
Thanks for your help.
Sherry

Hello,
Thanks for reporting the issue.
We verified and found that the version which you've mentioned '2019.021.20019' is not existing in our Consumer tracks. Please update to the latest version of Adobe Reader using the link - https://get.adobe.com/reader/.
And regarding the Drag and Drop issue which you're facing, is from Microsoft's end as the feature is working on Windows 7 but is not working on Windows 10.
You can use an alternative track for the same. Please find the steps below :
Please let me know if the issue still prevails at your end.
Regards,
Swapnil Srivastava

hello its actually not related to windows 10.....its related to adobe acrobat reader dc
for over 2 years on my windows 10 i dragged and dropped for as many files as you want.....sometimes 100 pdf s.....and by the way its the only way to print multiple files (15+) at once....
now i have got a new laptop with windows 11 pro.... i downloaded the latest reader dc through your website and with exactly the same printers and printing settings im having the same issue;
it allows you to drag and drop to the queue and it asks if im sure to print multiple files and when i click yes as before immediately and automatically adobe reader dc opens the files simultaneously, as if its starting to print but unfortunately no file shows up on printing queue and nothing is printed...
it is a very important part for easing my everyday job....please find a solution

But you have to have and pay for Acrobat Pro, correct?
I cannot drag files into my printer queue nor is there a print selection when I right click on my PDFs
I'm trying to print multiple pdfs without having to print one at a time.

I tested this queue on my computer and everything works as it should. I saved this https://bitcoin-tidings.com page to PDF and everything is as it should be.
