Hello and TIA. My daughter needed to have the reader for a work proect last night.I was unable to install it on her Asus Windows laptop. Every time I download it (unchecked McAfee), it Finished and nothing happened. When I returned to the Adbobe webpage it said it failed. Called and spoke to support (They are not supposed to talk to non subscription sw users) and she provided me with a Cleaner tool. Used it and tried agin. Nothing. I have tried at leasr 8 times since last night. She needs this to work for tonight. I am beside myself. Using Windwos 10 Home with Chrome (and clicked to add the Chrome Extension to the download).
