Can't install Adobe Reader DC

I reset my PC without losing files. But I can't install back the Adobe Reader DC. When I download and try to install it shows me a message that I have the latest version but I don't , I even erased all linked to adobe in windows.old.

Please I really need help with this.

Hi brunog515908,

Try to remove Reader DC using Cleaner tool which can be downloaded from this link: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , restart the computer, install Reader DC from this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  (select your operating system, language, and version accordingly)
