Can't open pdf

       Bonjour,

                     Je ne suis plus capable d'ouvrir les PDF en plus si je clique sur le nom du PDF, il s'efface.

J'ai téléchargé une autre fois le Acrobat Reader DC et il ne fonctionne pas....  Alors je l'ai effacé de mon ordi,,,,

Est-ce que peux avoir de l'aide pour télécharger une version antérieur? ou pour régler mon probleme? Merci!

Assuming you have Windows OS installed on the machine, could you please try troubleshooting steps mentioned below?

1- Run Cleaner tool qui you can download from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

2- Reboot the machine.

3- Install Reader DC from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

4- Once installed, reboot the machine and try opening pdf.

Which operating system is installed on the machine-Mac / Windows?

Hi Tarik Dar,

I have Adobe Cloud suite, I pay 17$ each month. Your email say

that it's not for a suite? So maybe I cannot download this link??? I

have downloaded the Adobe Acrobat francais and I cannot open the PDF I

received. I don't know what is wrong? I did what I received and I

cancel it after I download the new one but doesn't open either.

I download also the link Adobe send me not the one in this recent

email. I saw somewhere in an email to download a pass Accrobat Reader

Dc. Now I don't know why my PDF don't open. I can dodwnload them but I

cannot open them.

Your original question is about installing the free Acrobat Reader and was responded by Adorobat. Now you are talking about difficulties with an Adobe Cloud suite. Could you please clarify exactly which program are you trying to install? Knowing your OS (with version) would also be useful; there was no attachment in your opening message.

Hi Carmelle,

As i have checked the details for your account, you have Creative Cloud Photography Plan which doesn't include Adobe Acrobat DC.

You can download free Reader DC on your computer using this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Once downloaded, locate any pdf file on your computer>right-click>click Open with>select Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
