Can't print Douplex eventhough I can print doublex in non Adobe products

Dear Community,

I am trying to Print in Adobe Acrobat Reader, however it does not allow me to print doublex which is very upsetting. I am using the Brother MFC-2740DW printer and the latest versions of Windows 10 and and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. However in other application not from Adobe I can normally print doublex which is very confusing.

Hi,

Could you confirm if "print on both sides of paper" option is checked under Reader's interface? You may refer to the steps given in this KB doc for the same: Print double-sided | Adobe Acrobat, Reader DC

If it is, try repairing Reader using "Repair installation" option under Help menu, reboot the machine after repair and check.

Also,  let us know dot version of Reader installed on the machine? To check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
