Hello,

I am on Windows 10 Family, I have the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader, ie 20.012.20048.

When I open a combined document that contains a form in the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I or anyone I send the .pdf file to, still get the warning message, saying I should open it in ADOBE READER X, or ADOBE ACROBAT X, or any newer version. Which I think I have since the current version is 20.012.20048.

Do you have any solution? It's for very important docs I can't mess up with.

Thanks!

Don't open the file in a browser. Open it in Acrobat Reader.

Hi,

I don't open them in a browser. I personnally open them on my desktop with
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. People who receive and open it may be using other
Adobe products.
Please note it is a combined document created on Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. All
pages are .pdf. Only the form can't be read.

You first said you opened it in Acrobat Reader, now you say you open it in Acrobat Pro. So we can look more closely at this, please post a screen shot showing the message and the whole Window or screen, so we can look at the running app as well as the message.
