Can't see form fields on Windows but can on Mac

I created a form in Acrobat for a client. He's been able to see past revisions just fine. However all of a sudden he can no longer see the fields on the lastest verison of edits. He's on a windows machine I'm on a mac.

Go to Edit - Preferences - Forms and tick the box next to "Show border hover color for fields".
