can't show the list of latest files

can't show the list of latest files in the left of main board even after I opened a file.

在主界面左侧的 文件列表->最近 中无法显示最近访问过的文件。

Hi Tian_Q,

Try "Repair Installation" under Help menu in application.

Please check the number selected in "Documents in recently used list". For that navigate to Edit menu > Preferences > Documents.

Please make sure that it is not set to "0".

     I have tried to run the "repair installation" and confirmed that arguement is set to "100" by your method, but problem is still exist.

     One more thing,the problem is exist after I just completed Acrobat Reader installation rather than happend when I'm using it.

Could you please try to run cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and then restart your system.

Then re-install Application from this link:  Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Check if it works after that.

Hi Meenakshi,

My browser show me the page as follow When I try to visit the link Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , and I also try to visit this link after I closed the VPN​, but still show me this page.

(Is there any other way to visit this link?)

So I skip this step,and uninstall the Acrobat Reader in here.

Then I restarted my system and re-install it from the link:Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution,but Application still can't show me the "recently used list".

Just to be sure, since setting recently viewed files to 100, you have opened files haven't you? It won't show previously viewed files that you opened before setting that setting.

Thanks for your time,as you can see my screen capture,I have set the recently viewed files with "100" in Edit menu > Preferences > Documents

And I'm pretty sure that I tried to check it after opened a file with suffix pdf.
