Can't zoom pdf files on my tablet

All my pdf files can zoom on my tablet except for one it can't zoom what is the problem

Hi Catm,

If this is the problem with one particular file and rest all are working, then this might be a problem with the file itself.

From where did you get that file, may be the file is corrupted or not downloaded properly.

The only way to check is, you can email it to us. We would test the same at our end or you can check it on any other device if you have.

Hi Catm,

We have checked the files that you have shared with us. And the issue is not reproducible at our end its working fine and zooming ok using Acrobat Reader mobile app.

Could you share the exact version of your Adobe Acrobat Reader and OS of your device?

Also, check in play store if there is any pending update of Acrobat Reader. If that doesn't help, then uninstall and reinstall application.

I am using a tablet. The version of the acrobat is a little different from

mobile version right?

I'm also having a problem zooming in my building plans adobe 8 reader on my android phone, which is strange because it used to work perfectly. Just around October this year it just freeze whenever I zoom in my pdf files, I'm frustrated as I was relying on it to check my building plans before I make the final printouts
