Can you change order of cycles in "Shift+D"?

Hello,

Is it possible to change the order of the cycle in "Shift+D" keyboard shortcut to make the "free drawing" as the first option instead of having to press "Shift +D" 7 times to reach the free drawing tool?

Or if I can make a new keyboard shortcut/or/plug-in for the free-drawing tool.

My laptop info:
