cancel subscription - how do it for free - Iam from november 2016, pay monthly

How can I cancel subscription and stop paying monthly fee. When I choose cancel my subscription I;ve got info that I should to pay extra 274,95 EUR... why? My subscription is from november 2016 and where can I check when I could free cancel subscription? I pay monthly around 50EUR it's to expensive to me!

The fee is probably for cancelling a yearly subscription early.

We have "All Creative Cloud apps + 100 GB" for 49,99 EUR.
Where can I check the terms of the contract? When I signed it and when the subscription was extended

That's a one year plan. You agree to pay for a year, and it renews. Adobe allow you to cancel early despite the promise to pay for a full year, and give a generous 50% discount. Cancel in the last month before renewal to avoid fees, but it always costs less overall to cancel now.
