cannot able to download adobe reader

I tried to download Adobe reader from online and also it stated download but when 100% installation completed it saying that Latest version is already downoaded but there is no adobe reader in my laptop.

Hi, can you confirm the exact version of your operating system?

Can you run a search to uninstall Reader? from your control panel on Windows for example.

Maybe an previous attempt of installing is blocking a new installation.
