Cannot access tools

Hi

My version has been updated and I use it for onscreen marking. Now I cannot access my tools. These are the ones I need:

Hi ronelk82516964,

Please try repairing installation of Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Navigate to Help menu > Repair Installation and restart your system.

Check if this resolves the issue.

Could you please confirm the dot version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and os you are using.

Try resetting your tools with Alt + F8 (or Option + F8 on a Mac)

Also, you posted in the Acrobat Reader forum, and your question is about Acrobat Pro. I was going to move it, but even though there are 13 forums, none seem to apply to your issue. "Installing" is the closest, maybe. Do you want me to move it there?
