Cannot Export PDF to Word

Hi,

Exporting a PDF to word is not working. It just keeps saying 'uploading' but never gets further. Please assist as I need this function urgently.

Hi Chris,

As the description given above, the file doesn't upload properly I assume that there might be a possibility that file is too large in size which is not supported buy the Export PDF. Or there is some issue with the internet connectivity.

I believe that you are doing the conversion online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf 

So could you please check a different file for testing purpose and also a check with the different web browser.

As Export PDF is an online service, so you can also use it through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions 

Export PDF has a file size limitation, so you may also see- File size limitations

I used to be able to click on export to word and it opened a window to select location to save. Now, when I click, it does nothing.

I tried clicking on tools, then export and it just takes me back to the doc, I click and nothing happens. I'm signed in and have the latest version of Reader.

What can I do?
