Cannot install Acrobat Reader: Binary signature validation failed.

Trying to install Acrobat Reader on Windows 10 Enterprise 2021 LTSC, I get the following error from the installation log in ("%TEMP%\Adobe_ADM.log"):

This may not be the problem, but LTSC is not a supported platform for Adobe software, since they see it as for kiosks, medical equipment etc. rather than end users.
