Cannot install Adobe Reader DC

After More than 80% of installation of Adobe reader DC it giving error that NEWER VERSION IS ALREADY INSTALLED. So I cannot install the same.

I have seen many, many reports of this but no solutions. Has anyone seen ANY solution?

Please reboot the machine and then try installing Acrobat Reader from the following help page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.
