Used to be able to print my bank statements directly from the bank website.
After latest update, only option is Save to PDF; when I switch to my printer, everything is greyed out (cannot access).
How do I deactivate this feature of Adobe so I can send my bank and credit card statements directly to my (wired) printer?

I hope you're doing well, and thank you for reaching out.
To assist you better, could you please let me know what happens when you try to print the PDF from the website? If you encounter any error messages, kindly share a screenshot for clarity.
In the meantime, I suggest downloading the PDF to your local computer and then attempting to print it from there. Please let me know if this resolves the issue.
Additionally, are you able to print other PDFs or files in different formats using your printer, or is the issue specific to the bank statement PDF files? Please try printing other files to determine if the problem persists.
Could you also confirm the version of Acrobat Reader you are using? To check, go to Help > About Acrobat. Ensure your application is updated to the latest version, 24.02.20991. You can update it by going to Help > Check for Updates. After updating, please restart your computer.
Lastly, please check if there are any pending updates for your printer’s driver and firmware. If so, try updating them. You might also consider uninstalling the printer driver and firmware, rebooting your device, and then reinstalling them from the manufacturer's website to see if that helps.
Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for responding Amal. Sorry for taking so long to get back to you,
To answer your questions:
1. I cannot print to PDF from the website, only download to PDF. There are no error messages, just when I switch to my printer name, everything greys out so print function does not work.
2. I can print a downloaded PDF using Apache spreadsheet. But this involves extensive editing and formating which was never required by a direct print. This is the answer I am trying to avoid.
3. I printed a news article from another website directly to my printer (Epson 3850, connected by cable) with no problem. So it seems to be a bank issue. I will contact the bank to see if they have security features in place.
4. I updated to version 2024.002.21005 but problem persists.
I have included two screen prints: one showing the Download to PDF with the save button active, the second to my printer with the save button greyed out.
The issue exists over different bank websites.
Thank you for any help you can give. Again, sorry for the delay.
Have a good day.
