Dear Arvind,

I know now that is has to do with the new version of OSX.

With High Sierra there is no problem at all

With Mojave the problem occurs!

With kind regards,

Bart Lensink

Hello Harsha

I am running a Mac with OS Mojave and also having a problem launching email straight from the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. When the email button is pressed it opens a pane on the right hand sign of the screen but with no option to send. I have followed your instruction as you have said in the forum but Adobe doesn't appear in the right hand section of the Automation column.

Hope you can help.

Simon
