Cannot use features, on Trail continues to ask to start said trail

This software is bloated. Trying to use the features advertised and it wants me to activate. Then tells me I am already activated, but still cannot use any features

 

Every step of this program either throws you to the subscription page or useless help pages. Who designed this software. Siging in was a nightmare, forced me to change passwords, needed 3 verfication codes 2 from my main email and 1 from a backup.

Brother in Christ this software is awful, do people actually pay for this run around?

Please reinstall the application using the following steps:
- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
- Reboot the machine
- Install the Adobe Acrobat trial from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-trial.html
