As well as a pop-up telling me that "A font package is required to correctly display this page." which links to the following URL. http://cgi1.adobe.com/special/acrobat/pluginfinder/pluginfinder.cgi?type=LangPkg&name=Extd&os=Win&ve...
However I am unable to access this URL from any browser (I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE).
My Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is version 18.011.20055 and I am using Windows 10 x64. Are there any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Have you tried with other PDF? If not, please try with other PDF and see if this issue is reproducible.
If you are opening the PDF file with Adobe Reader and getting the error message, repair Adobe Reader once from help>repair installation, reboot the machine after repairing Adobe Reader.
