Hi Richardg,
We need more information on this to understand the issue in better manner.
Where exactly you have changed your email and from where you are trying to download the pdf? Are you referring to the "Document Cloud" storage to download the PDF?
Can you send the previous email that you had and the current one via private message? We would check whether email address changed successfully or it actually created another (new account) account.
Also, do you have any subscription with us? As your current account doesn't show any subscription under it.
We would be looking for more update.
