Charged for annual subscription even though my card was paused

Hi! I just noticed that I was charged for a full year of Adobe subscription, even though I had my credit card paused at the time of the payment. I didn’t authorize this renewal and wasn’t planning to continue the service this year.

When I log into my account, it says the payment has already been made and the plan will renew again in a year. 

I’d like to know if there’s any way to reverse or partially refund this charge, considering I haven’t used the service and the payment was processed while my card was paused.
