check boxs

Hello everybody, I've got question about checkboxes .
I have one chart (figure A) in which I have to put check boxes or radio button (I dont' mind which, the easiest it's ok). 

Then I have a second chart (figure B) that it's almost the same 
I need that if I choose one of the two in chart A, in correspond in the one of chart B. 
example: if I choose 60-75 in chart A, in correspond to 61-90 in chart B. But even if I choose 75-90 in chart A I want it to correspond to che choice 61-90 in chart B.

How can I do?
