I am trying to make a check list. I need to be able to check the boxes that are going to be printed. Is that a feature here. It's going to be converted over to word.

Not with the free Reader, no. You "may" be able to do that with scripts using the full version of Acrobat. If you have Acrobat (not the free Reader) then that would be a good place to ask.

If you are using Adobe Reader then no. Or maybe not. I'm not sure exactly what you need.

Using "Fill and sign", you could probably check some boxes off sure but you cannot add any that don't exist and you cannot convert to Word.

Example for template:

The colors provided are ....

1. Yellow

2. Blue

3. Green

4. Red

I only want the options of Blue and Green to show up when I print.  Is there a way I can use hide the others or use a check box or some other tool to print only the ones selected.
