We are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader version 23.008.20458 on MacOS 14.2.1.
I have confirmed the lastet Kyocera drivers have been installed for our Model of Printer.
When we try to print a PDF document that has 3 different page size, 8.5X11, 11X17, and 8.5X14 using the following print options.
- Actual Size
- Choose Paper Source by PDF Page Size.
The Document refuses to print the correct pages and all print out correctly.
Of a 9 page document only page one prints to the correct page size and scale.
Using Adobe the same version 23.008.20458 on Windows 11 using the exact same printer works.
What should print.
- Pages 1 - 2 on 8.5X11
- Page 3 on 11X17
- Pages 4 - 7 on 8.5X11
- Page 8 on 8.5X14
- Page 9 in 11X17
What is getting printed.
- Page 1 on 8.5X11
- Page 2- 6 on 8.5X11 scaling is not correct
- Page 7 on 8.5X11 scaling is correct
- Page 8 - 9 on 8.5X11
I have tried uninstalling reinstalling adobe and the printer drivers.
I Enable and Disable Protection settings. All result in the same issue.
Has anyone else experienced this and how have you corrected the issue.
