Clicking the document and not opening it is not fun

From 1 month We have a big problem with Adobe Asrobat Reader
I contacted the local seller of Adobe Reader but he could not solve my problem.

Step by step I will write you our problem to find out and write me what to do about the case.

when I click the document twice with the mouse it waits a long time, and when I open the adobe reader and open fillet and show the document then it opens quickly.
This method slows us down a lot.
I didn't have this problem before.

We have 15 users who use Creative Cloud
Acrobat Reader DC Pro and all these users work with Acrobat Reader

solve our problem immediately.
