Compila e firma

All'apertura di un file .pdf mofica il carattere, utilizzando un carattere tipo macchina da scrivere, inoltre quando provo ad avviare la modifica con "compila e firma" mi appare questo errore: "operazione non riuscita perchè è stato riacontrato un errore sconosciuto".

Ho provato a disinstallare e reinstallare il programma, ma non ha funzionato. Ho aggiornato il programma, ma non ha funzionato.

I have the same error. It let me create the signature but when I try to put it in the document the error shows: unknow error.

Hi I've installed Acrobat Reader DC  and when I use the toll "fill and sign" tha writer function is out of order with an error message << unknow mistacke>>. I've reinstalled but with out solve the problem. There are news about this mistake?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described when you use the Fill and Sign Tool the writer function is out of order with an error message << unknown mistake>>

 

- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDF that you try to fill and sign ?

 

- Please share the screenshot of the error message for a better understanding?

 

- What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader you are using? To check the version got to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.01.20145 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Please try to repair the installation (Win Only) and reboot the computer and check. Go to Help > Repair Installation.

 

If it still doesn't work, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and see if that works

Dear Amal

thank you very much for your reply, I followed your suggestions step by step but without success.

After reinstallation the error is present and in the second step in the Roaming folder there is not preferences folder. I checked my colleagues' pc and the toll editor is regular and active.
The malfunction is only on my pc

I am sorry for the delay in response. I hope you have got the issue fixed by now.

 

If the issue still exists, please create a new test user profile on Windows with full admin rights or enable the root account if you have Mac and try using the application there and check.
