Hi, I'm trying to connect my Adobe Reader to my Dropbox in my Android phone and in my Windows pc.
In the Android app i didn't find any problem to do this, but when I try to do the same thing in my pc, I get an error message telling me to try later. I've tried later, and I've also restarted my device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app... and it's still the same. When I tried connecting to OneDrive on my pc, it worked, but I can't connect to OneDrive on my phone too (there's only the option to connect to Dropbox), so in the end I'm not able to have the two devices connected.
What can I do?

Hi raquel18ls,
As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to add Dropbox account in Adobe Reader on Windows pc , however there is no issue while adding Dropbox account in Acrobat Reader app on Android, is that correct?
Could you let us know if you are able to login into Dropbox account using a Web browser?
Also, try launching Reader as an administrator, then add dropbox account.
You may refer to this link for the same: Run an Adobe program as administrator | Windows 7, Vista
Could you share the complete error message you are getting when trying to add Dropbox account?
Also, the version of Reader installed on the machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Which Windows operating system you have on the machine?
Awaiting your response.

Hi Raquel,
Thanks for providing the info.
Could you please confirm if you tried to login into your Dropbox account using web browser?
Also, have you tried launching Reader as an administrator and adding Dropbox account, does that work?
Thanks,
Shivam

I've tried connecting my Dropbox account from the administrator account of
my pc as you said and it worked. Why doesn't it work from my pc account?
Because when I tried with OneDrive from my account it worked the same.
Thank you.

There are certain permissions which Reader require for its successful integration with Dropbox or other storage account.
Also, there are certain registry locations which only administrator account (having full control) can access and made changes to it.
