Good evening, I wanted to point out that I have a problem with Adobe Reader version 2023.006.20380 in that suddenly when I open PDF files randomly during the day the program crashes and restarts with the file open. The problem also occurred on my previous PC with Windows 10 Pro (I now have a PC with Windows 11). I tried to follow all the instructions on the Adobe website https://helpx.adobe.com/it/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html.
How can I solve it? On the old machine I also tried to create a new user profile and format the old PC but the result did not change.

Good morning,
With our IT department we performed the procedure both by enabling Adobe Crash report and by enablingop Windows dumps.
When acrobat reader crashes, "Adobe Crash Report" does not open and the local app data folder does not generate the dump file.
Any recommendations?
