Conversion from Windows to PDF

When I convert my 16 page newsletter, from Windows to PDF-some of the pictures and clip art are gray...only some of them. The rest are ok.  I have some file docs on my desktop that were scanned  and they are gray too.  Can anyone help me..PLEASE

How exactly you are creating pdf file? Are you using the Acrobat Std DC application as registered to your account? Or directly converting from the document itself. Please help us with the workflow.

Would that be possible for you to share the files with us? We would like to test the same at our end.
