I purchased the Adobe Export PDF annual subscription and it does not work.
When logged on, selecting Export PDF, selecting PDF file, convert to Microsoft word, then
assistant response "An error occured while trying to access service.
Nothing happens.
I would like to cancel my subsription and a refund, thank you.

Sorry for the inconvenienced caused.
Could you please confirm, how you are using the Export PDF service?
Is it through Adobe Reader application or direct from the website https://cloud.acrobat.com/ Or are you experiencing this problem with a particular PDF document or all the pdf doc?
Also, have you installed the latest version of Adobe Reader DC? if not then please try installing that first Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
