Convert feature annoying

New Here ,
Mar 11, 2019 Mar 11, 2019

I know this is probably a stupid question with a simple answer but I cannot seem to get rid of that really annoying box that pops up on Adobe Reader every time I open it up that bangs on about being able to convert this document into Word or Powerpoint.

Even when I uncheck the box and tell I do NOT want to make it my default PDF reader, it still pops up every time I open a document using Adobe Reader. Is there ANY way to get rid of this?

Thanks

Hi Robink,

We apologize for the delay in response.

Since this query was initiated a month back, I believe you might have got this issue resolved with the latest patch of Adobe Reader? As mentioned above, every time you open Adobe Reader this advertisement coming up. Are you still experiencing the same issue?

If yes, then  Adobe Acrobat official update (19.012.20034) is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates or install latest patch through: DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

Let us know if there is any further assistance is required, or if you have managed to find the solution to this problem then please do share your findings.

Thanks,

Akanchha
