Mac or Win? OS and Reader versions? How are you trying to do the conversion?

Version 2017.012.20098 on windows 10. I bought the online converter from Adobe and I am using the export/import provided in Adobe Reader—see right side of screen shot. As you can see from the prior two screen shots, I am exporting a clear pdf just like I need it to look in word. When I import back, I do not have a clean document after the online conversion by adobe.

Thanks for the help
