Converted powerpoint to PDF, .MP4 video won't play in acrobat reader

Hi there,

I have created a powerpoint with a video on a slide. The video is 262 KB. When I 'save as...' to convert to a PDF, and open it in Adobe acrobat reader, the video does not play. The slide looks like it has a screenshot image on it. Please can anyone help me troubleshoot??

May be that the conversion doesn't transfer the video. Contact the support of Microsoft.

Do you know of any other programs to add videos to PDFs? Thanks!

Adobe Acrobat Pro
