cONVERTING PDF TO JPG

I recently scanned my photos, but they went as pdf. I bought the adobe program to change them to jpg. I did this and they were put into a zip file, but now I cannot find the zip file. Anyone know how to fix this, or what else I need to do? Desperate. I've been trying to put together a Christmas present for my mom, but am getting very frustrated at this point. Thanks in advance.

Which program? Adobe has many. A lot of them will make that type of conversion. Adobe Acrobat Reader, the focus of this forum does not cost anything and can not do that.

I'm not aware of any that will make a zip file out of pdf files so, once you let us know what you are using, also let us know step by step how you made the conversion, how it ended up a zip file along with how you know it was a zip file if you couldn't find it.
