converting word form/template to pdf

I have never had any problems converting my psychological reports (which I create) forms and templates to pdf. ALL OF A SUDDEN, just when I need a report uploaded to pdf, I get 6 words and 6 blank pages. I have tried everything to convert (unprotecting the document, protecting it, etc...) to no avail it continues to show as a almost blank document. Please help me I have to send this into a family.

Can you please confirm the application you are using to convert the word doc to pdf?

If you are using Create PDF in Reader, try https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf  and let us know how it goes
