Copy/paste pdf files generate xmp files

Hello,

Please, have you ever seen this type of behavior with pdf files?

When we copy/paste a pdf file from one place to another place in MacOS, it automatically generates an xmp file with the same name as the pdf file.

That does this on all our MacOS computers (10.13 / 10.14) ?

Please, do you know where it could come from ?
