It just doesn't work. In case of a table, it just copy the text, not the frames; the same with images with notes, it copy only the text, not the image

yes but unfortunately I need to copy images like graphs that are composed of image and labels with text and numbers, as in scientific papers. Also I need to copy tables that have a frame with colored background and text within it and i can't do that.  Commonly you can do these operations, but I can't. My app is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

What you need to copy is not an image, as mentioned. It's an amalgam of different types of objects, so copying it is not so straight-forward as it seems. However, it might still be possible. Use the "Selection tool for text and images" (which looks like this: try67_0-1594156675834.png) and draw a rectangle around the table you want to copy, then press Ctrl+C. Now switch to PowerPoint (or maybe use Word) and press Ctrl+V, and see what comes out.

If that doesn't work you can always use the Snapshop tool (under the Edit menu) to capture the table as an image.
