Hello, I'm trying to recreate a PDF infographic in another software, and I'd like to be able to tell exactly how the images are aligned on the PDF. Is there a way to add a grid on top of the PDF (similar to how Illustrator and XD can show gridlines)?

It is possible, actually. You can use a script to add Line comments at specific intervals and lock them so they can't be moved by accident. Another script can be used to remove them when you're done.

If you're interested I could create this tool for you, for a fee. You can contact me privately via [try6767 at gmail.com] to discuss it further.
