Crush when print from PDF, Lots white areas

Hi,

Im having problem with printing from pdf reader, everytime when i hit printer icon it crushes,

And see photos below most of areas are white??

Please try once the steps mentioned here: Blank dialog boxes and missing text from Acrobat interface as it seems to be the similar issue.

Check if that resolves the issue or not.

Hi Steves,

As the application crashes when you try to print the PDF, please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows

Check if that resolves the issue.

If that does not help, please try to uninstall the application using the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs.

Then restart your machine and download the installer file for the latest version of the application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution.

Let us know if the issue still persists.

Hi Meenakshi,

I just tried all your trouble shooting steps and uninstall the application with cleaner tool and then restart computer and download laterst version using link above,

im still having the same problem,

Could you please let us know the Adobe Acrobat Reader version you are using.

Also, please share the OS installed on your machine.
