Dear Customer Experience

 
I’m so displeased by my  experience last night.  Let's start this conversation, by saying, that my account was active and in good standing until September 2020
 
 I had an important zip documents to sign electronically last night. But, the forms were not able to completely download.   After 90 minutes of rebooting my computer, unplugging my modem, and router, I googled what else could be the issue.  When it said it was probably my Adobe software, I remembered the email I received the week prior about my credit card not being active on file.  
 
This experience left me feeling held hostage by your greed to bill again in September,   A 20 minute real estate transaction took 90 minutes and I may have lost the house I wanted.   
 
I have to say the worst experience ever by a software provider. Who does this to an account that is active! 
 
Thanks for making me feel like a loyal subject instead of a loyal customer
