DC zusammen mit Toolbox und PitStop

Hallo Gemeinde, habe auf meinen Mac G5 (OS X El Capitan, Version 10.11.6) Acrobat Reader DC installiert. Benötige aber zusätzliche Hilfe durch PitStop und die Toolbox (jeweils auch die neueste Version). Gekauft und Freigeschaltet. Starte ich nun DC und die Zusatztools, fängt DC an zu rechnen und reagiert dann nicht mehr. Muss das Programm dann abbrechen. Was kann hierfür der Grund sein? Bin mehr Anwender als Techniker.

I suggest you contact Enfocus and Callas, makers of your add-in products, in case an update is needed. Please check your system specification, you say you have a Mac G5, but a Mac G5 cannot run El Capitan.

These tools do not work with Acrobat Reader. Do you in fact have Acrobat Pro DC? What version?

Thank you for the version. But do you have Acrobat Pro DC? Or do you have (as you said) Acrobat Reader DC?
