COMO DESACTIVO LA CONTRASEÑA DE UN DOCUMENTO O ESTADO DE CUENTA, LO HABRO CON TRASEÑA PERO COMO SE LO QUITO PARA GUARDARLO SIN CONTRASEÑA.

You can't do that with the free Reader. If you have Acrobat you need to go to File - Properties - Security, select "No Security" from the drop-down, enter the current password and then save the file. Note that there could be two passwords to a file, one for opening and one for editing. If that's the case you have to use the latter to remove it.
